Dr. John Magno

John Magno Ph.D. was a Director of Research and Development at Honeywell International for five years where he managed 27 scientists and engineers. He is an inventor on over 20 issued or published U.S. patent applications, has over 100 publications, and has won 3 technical achievement awards and 2 intellectual property awards. He was involved with advanced solid-state lasers, organic light emitting diodes (OLEDs), organic photovoltaic cells, photonic crystals, quantum dots and holography. Prior to joining Honeywell (formerly AlliedSignal) in 1995, he was employed as a Staff Physicist at AT&T Bell -Laboratories, where he was a team member responsible for the research development of DFB lasers. He received his Ph.D. in Physics from Lehigh University and did his post doctorate at Los Alamos National Laboratory. He also holds an M.S. in Applied Physics from Lehigh University and a B.S. in Nuclear Science from the New Jersey Institute of Technology. 

Gene Koch

Gene Koch is a senior chemist specializing in organic electro-optic materials. He was Technology Lead for LOMOX Ltd where he led development of a family of high stability, photo-patternable OLED materials. He was the Director of Display Technology for AlliedSignal Aerospace where he won the President’s Award in display manufacturing, and initiated a joint AM-LCD fabrication program with a global display company. He was the co-founder and Director of Product Development for Rockwell International’s Optical Components Business Unit where he led a 50+ person team developing LCD display technology, was the lead display scientist on the Boeing 777 cockpit project, and chaired a committee involved in government certification of LCDs for use in aircraft cockpits around the world. Prior to Rockwell he was a liquid crystal researcher at Hewlett Packard Labs. He holds five patents and has 16 published applications in display and related technologies. He has both his undergraduate and masters chemistry degrees from Michigan Technological University and did post-graduate work in chemistry at Stanford University. 

John M. Casper

John Casper is a Certified Public Accountant and consultant with over 25 years of tax, accounting and management experience. He began his career at regional accounting firms, was a manager at “Big 5” accounting firm Arthur Andersen, and then was the controller at private equity energy fund sponsor Riverstone Holdings LLC. He earned his B.S. in accounting from Fairfield University.
